When keeping it real goes wrong: Kelvin Benjamin edition

I guess when somebody gets traded bad blood flows? Former Carolina Panther wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin had some strong words taking shots at star quarterback Cam Newton. Now that he is with the Buffalo Bills he must’ve had something to get off his chest. Benjamin stated that he was never a fit with the Panthers and he would’ve put up better numbers with any other quarterback besides Newton because of his erratic throwing.

I guess it is cool to keep it real right? Yes, but you can’t blame others without placing blame on yourself about stuff you could have done better. The Bills receiver left out he came into multiple camps over weight and he battled some injuries. He might be a little salty the year he tore his knee up the Panthers made it the Super Bowl and Newton won MVP.

Honestly he will have to get better numbers with another quarterback then he will be just all talk (as a rookie 73 catches for 1,003 yards and 9 touchdowns).  I wonder what his current quarterbacks think of him because A.J. McCarron and Nathan Peterman aren’t as good as Newton.
