Hometown return, Bengals sign Adolphus Washington

On Tuesday third year defensive tackle Adolphus Washington signed with his hometown Cincinnati Bengals. Washington was on the Dallas Cowboys practice squad after spending the previous two seasons with the Buffalo Bills.

The Cincinnati native played at Taft High School before going to The Ohio State University. He was a 3rd round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.

In his three years he’s had 56 tackles and 3.5 sacks.

He will provide depth on the defensive line for the Bengals with Ryan Glasgow out for the season with an ACL injury.
