We know that the Bearcats were handed their first defeat of the season in overtime against the Owls on Saturday. It wasn’t their best showing on offense, but the running game was still on point.
Honestly this is a teaching moment for the unit as they struggled to find any ground in the passing game. Personally I think they will be fine, sometimes you need a tough game to get back to the basics and come back stronger.
The unit only gained 311 total yards, but the running game had 200 of the total. They were well below their normal average, but a few players still shined on the tough day for the away team.
