Marvin Lewis is finally done as Bengals head coach

After scrapping by last season with a 7-9 record he returned to lead the Bengals to a 6-10 year after starting the season 4-1 injuries mounted, but it seemed this staff didn’t know how to use the players they had on the field and finally Bengals fans get their wish.

After 16 seasons it is an end of an era. Lewis did have some success, but I’ve never seen a coach get this much rope without playoff wins. Honestly what scares the fans most right now is the possibility that they will just hire Hue Jackson to be the next head coach. Will the Bengals do a legit search or just move Jackson over?

We will find out sooner than later. Thought?
