Reds trade P Tanner Roark to A’s for prospect

Per Keenan Singleton of WCPO, the Cincinnati Reds traded starting pitcher Tanner Roark for Oakland Athletics prospect Jameson Hannah. Hannah an outfielder was labeled the eighth prospect in the A’s farm system.

Roark was solid for the Reds, but with free agency pending it was smart to get a player with upside for him. He is 6-7 in 21 starts with a 4.24 ERA this season.
