Cincinnati at East Carolina
The Bearcats should go down to East Carolina and win handily. After the lackluster performance by the offense against Tulsa, expect them to work on getting the offense where it needs to be with the bye week before. The offense needs to find some kind of spark to get them producing plays and getting points instead of having to punt and leaving the defense to do the work. I expect them to get their offense going against ECU and even though ECU isn’t that great of a team, a high scoring win will give the offense the confidence they need to finish out the season strong. I predict the Bearcats will beat the Pirates 42-10.
Cincinnati vs UCONN
The Bearcats will be playing the Huskies on their Homecoming weekend and I don’t see any way they should lose this one. According to ESPN’s FPI the Bearcats have a 98.8% chance to win. After hopefully coming off a win against ECU and then playing at Nippert on Homecoming weekend, UCONN doesn’t even stand a chance to win. The Bearcats should have their offense rolling after a big game against ECU and build their confidence even more with a huge win against UCONN. I predict the Bearcats shut out the Huskies 52-0.
