AWAY – Houston 3/1
This is without a doubt the hardest remaining game left on the regular season schedule. UC was lucky to escape with a win against Houston the first time, thanks to a perfectly timed Thigh/Leg bite that helped turn the game in UC’s favor. The good news is with the current leap year UC will have a full seven days rest between Wichita St. and Houston, and for a team that is very thin and just tied an NCAA record for consecutive overtime games, recovery days are very well needed. I think UC will come in ready to compete I think they certainly could win this game, but I think it’s a game Houston will badly want and their length and athleticism will give the Cats fits.
Prediction: Loss – Not a bad loss by any means, and if you find a way to win the committee will take notice.
