Earlier in the week TFON was able to speak with 4 star outside linebacker Ken Talley and talk about his recent offer from the University of Cincinnati. Talley is a very talented linebacker from Philadelphia, PA. Talley attends Northeast High School and is from the 2022 class. He has received a lot of offers as he has offers from Penn State, Baylor, Boston College, Florida, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse, Temple, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Akron, Kent State, Massachusetts, and Morgan State.
