More than a postponement: Tulsa player tweets Cincinnati is ducking smoke

So, today’s main news was the UC/Tulsa game was postponed due to a Covid-19 outbreak with the Cincinnati program. The game has been rescheduled for December 5th and then boom Tulsa cornerback Allie Green IV fires off a tweet that the Bearcats don’t want smoke. For those that don’t get it smoke means he’s saying the football team is scared to face Tulsa. We all know Tulsa beat UCF, but Cincinnati was coming into that game as a Top 10 team and a lot of players took exception to the tweet.

Green is a 6’3”, 206 pound cornerback that has started one game, while playing in both. He has eight tackles, 1.0 tackles for loss and an interception. Just being frank he will have a target on his back in December.

Check out how a few of our players left about Green’s tweet.
