After the game it is documented that senior linebacker Joel Dublanko called an audible because of the ECU alignment to go with a fake punt. The fake punt pissed off ECU fans and excited UC fans because they were up 35-10 at the time. Honestly, in the position UC is in right now I’m not mad they need style points if they are going to be the first G5 team to crack the College Football Playoff. Dublanko took the fake 29 yards, it is pretty dope to see another senior ball out on Senior Night!
