Another shoe drops as freshman guard Mason Madsen enters the transfer portal today. Madsen joins his brother Gabe, Saunders, Jr, Eason, Diarra, and Harvey in the portal. He’s another player that the fanbase saw as a part of the future, but that is no more. Madsen played in 15 games averaging 6.5 points, 3.0 rebounds and shooting 32.2% from three.

Mason’s twin brother, Gabe, also entered the portal Monday after opting out at Cincinnati in December.
Mason becomes the sixth UC player intending to transfer in last 3 days.
