Cincinnati makes 3 star EDGE Jordan Mayer’s Top 4

Today, three star edge rusher Jordan Mayer dropped his Top 4 list and Cincinnati made the list. The other three teams were Wisconsin, West Virginia and Virginia Tech. The 6-foot-4, 235 pound member of the 2023 class is from Clairton, Pennsylvania and attends Thomas Jefferson High School. He was offered in late April and now has Cincy in his Top 4. Per 247 Sports Composite rankings he’s 863rd nationally, the 65th edge rusher and 24th in the state of Pennsylvania.

I asked Mayer why UC made his Top 4 he had this to say, “Coach Fick, has this program going in the right direction. The campus is beautiful and I really like coach (Walt) Stewart. I loved everything about my visit last month.”

Mayer stated he would like to commit late June/early July, but it’s not set in stone. TFON will keep Bearcats fans in the loop especially if Mayer decides to become a Bearcat.
