Taking a look at Bryan Cook and his role with the Chiefs secondary

Bryan Cook’s NFL debut begins on Sunday when the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Arizona Cardinals. Cook a part of the historic 2022 NFL draft class for the Cincinnati Bearcats will have a tough matchup to begin his NFL season. The Chiefs travel to take on a very tough Arizona offense on the road. The Cardinals have Kyler Murray who is dynamic with his legs and a new weapon Marquise Brown. Cook will be stepping in for former Chiefs safety and one of the best to do it in Tyrann Mathieu. Mathieu was known for being everywhere on the field and making big plays in a loaded Chiefs secondary. The Chiefs have lost a lot of pieces coming into this year and Cook might have the most enormous shoes to fill out of them all.

Bryan Cook will be controlling the back half of the field and will have a tough Week 1 matchup with Marquise Brown and Rondale Moore being speedsters who will find their way behind the secondary. That brings us to the next question how big of an impact will Cook make against Murray and crew?

#BearcatNation will be locked in on Sunday and #TFON wishes you the best!
