After a dominate defensive performance in the Bearcats 31-21 win against the Golden Hurricane, linebacker Deshawn Pace and defensive end Jabari Taylor were named to the American Athletic Conference Ticket Smarter Honor Roll for their performance.
Pace started the game off with a pick six, his first of his career. He finished with five tackles, 1.0 tackles for loss, one sack, an interception and a touchdown.
Taylor had four tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks. The defensive end had a dominate game.
