New York Jets cornerback Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner has been named Midseason Defensive Rookie of the Year by NFL on Fox fans. Gardner was the 4th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, which was a program record for the University of Cincinnati. The 6-foot-3, 200 pound corner has 30 tackles, 13 passes defensed and two interceptions in nine games.
The Jets are currently 6-3 and the play of Gardner has helped his team make some noise!
