FO Live @ Game 3 of the ECF

IMAG1089First off I want to thank my wife India for putting the bug in my ear to purchase tickets to Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Being that she’s been a fan of Dwyane Wade and the Heat since the Shaq days I said why not. I didn’t get beat to bad on the tickets I purchased, I checked stub hub the day of the game in saw tickets had damn near tripled.

With the series tied at 1, heading into Game 3 I was prepared for a knockout drag out game between the Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers. Boy did I get hit with the curveball,  the Heat wasn’t on having a close game on Sunday. The Heat kept the Pacers at arms reach all game after the 1st quarter.

Haslem and Birdman didn’t miss it seemed like, I didn’t see the shooting stats but I know they both almost had double doubles. Haslem finished with 17 points which was house money on the road. Chalmers had a solid game which was bonus money. Bosh came out hitting 3’s like he was Ray Allen. Bron was showing off his vastly improved post game. Wade and his knee made play after play. It was pretty much total dominance, which I didn’t think I would see in an important Game 3.

Hibbert and West had very good games but others didn’t follow their lead especially on defense. The Pacers gave up 70 points by halftime.

The Pacers fans were turnt up the whole first half and some of the 3rd quarter until reality set in. The place was jumpin’ fans had there faces painted, their were Beat the Heat banners everywhere, street vendors had Miami B***** and MVB shirts on deck, bars were jumping and even heard some how can people cheer for LeBron because of his character comments from a guy sitting right behind me. Before the game started the fans had a blast after the game not so much.

I wanted to see a close game minus that it was a great experience. It was nice to see a Conference Finals game live, hopefully this won’t be my first and last experience.

Signing off peace.
