Lance Stephenson Barks up the Wrong Tree

Lance Stephenson is arguably the best player on the Indiana Pacers team. The player that they call “Born Ready” recently barked up the wrong tree when talking about LeBron James. Stephenson noted that he was in James’s head, because of his trash talking.

Players around the NBA use to bully James with trash talking antics, but those days are long gone. Stephenson figured that he could take a page out of Kevin Garnett or Paul Pierce’s book to gain an advantage on James. Stephenson’s logic made no sense, as James is in total control of the series. James is dominating on both ends of the floor, and it seems as if he is toying with the Pacers each game.

In Game 4 Stephenson went Tony from the movie Blue Chips for three quarters, and eventually scored a meaningless 8 points in the fourth quarter of the game when it was already out of reach.

On the other end James had is away and put up 32, 10, and 5. Stephenson’s talking has done a lot of damage for the Pacers. First with Wade and now with James. I think it’s safe to say that Stephenson has to keep his mouth shut, and it may be late for his Pacers team to recover at this point. 20140527-082959-30599747.jpg

  1. Lance woke up sleeping giants, Wade hasn’t played this good and looked as young all year. Lance is good, but he’s too irratic. I say that to say this, he isn’t good enough to be talking crazy to these caliber of players. D*mn shame what is happening to these Pacers
