49ers make Kaepernick their franchise Quarterback

Today the San Francisco 49ers cashed out Quarterback Colin Kaepernick, per ESPN. Kaepernick signed a six-year extension worth up to at least $110 million with an amazing $61 million guaranteed.

With this new deal in tact it is safe to say the 49ers are not worried at all about that off-season Miami incident.

I know this is a pretty penny to pay for a Quarterback who isn’t a fully finished product, but when you look at the deals of Jay Cutler and Tony Romo you understand why Kaepernick received his deal.

Kaepernick has led the 49ers to two NFC Conference Championship games and a Super Bowl (Loss). That isn’t bad at all for a two-year starter.

The 49ers have provided some receiving toys this off-season, along with Crabtree, Boldin and Davis, the 49ers have added Stevie Johnson, Brandon Lloyd and Bruce Ellington. So this season is damn near Super Bowl or bust.

Congrats, Kaep do ya thing. If you want to sponsor The Front Office News holla at ya boy!!
