JS: How was your visit?
KS: The visit was great. I enjoyed seeing the campus and facilities.
JS: What coaches have you been in contact with?
KS: I’ve been in contact with coach (Gino) Guidugli and coach (Brian) Mason
JS: Do you have an offer with UC? Which schools do you have an offer with? Which have been showing interest?
KS: UC hasn’t offered yet, but hopefully they do soon. I have offers from Northern Iowa and Kent State so far. Ole Miss, UCLA, Michigan State, Purdue and Vanderbilt have shown interest besides Cincinnati.
JS: How would you describe your game?
KS: I’m a big quarterback at 6’5” and 210 pounds with one of the stronger arms in the 2020 class. I can make just about any throw, have the football IQ to break down a defense and if it gets muddy in the pocket I can maneuver my way out while keeping my eyes down field to make any throw or I can scramble and pick up a few yards. I’m not the fastest guy, but I use my size to get extra yards.
JS: How is your season going?
KS: My season isn’t going as planned. A few weeks ago I took a hit to my knee, the doctor said it was either a torn MCL or a strained MCL. I’ve been playing on it ever since, but it hasn’t gotten any better so I got an MRI Friday and was told nothing is torn. Which was great news, but he said I have to rest it.
JS: Do you have any other visits set up?
KS: I’m planning on scheduling visits to Vanderbilt, UCLA, Purdue and Michigan State.
