CFB Playoff Poll proves to be a fraud, latest ranking has Cincinnati at No. 9

Staying in the SEC, Georgia moved up to No. 8 even though they have two losses. They were handled by Alabama and Florida by double digits yet they have been pushed ahead of Cincinnati.

The next G5 team is Coastal Carolina who is No. 12, they have an impressive win against  No. 17 BYU and No. 19 Louisiana. We all know Louisiana dog walked Iowa State earlier this year, but I guess head to head doesn’t matter.

The last two weeks proves G5 teams will never have a chance to get into the College Football Playoff unless their is expansion, without expansion it will not happen because the teams in the G5 will continue to have to try to hit a moving target that the committee will adjust if a team continues to show they belong. What makes sucks for the Bearcats this season is they’ve played multiple Top 25 teams beaten them with ease, but yet they are penalized and with the eye test this team should pop off the screen on both sides of the ball. At the end of the day it is a P5 world and they don’t want to share the money with the “little guys” even if they deserve it.

We know Cincinnati won’t make the College Football Playoff this year, but with a win versus No. 22 Tulsa, Saturday in the AAC Championship Game, it should lock them in a New Year Six Bowl against one of these teams that was wrongfully put in front of Cincinnati. Hopefully Cincinnati can finish the season undefeated and they can rub in the committees face.

Just know, this program won’t be going anywhere soon, just check the recruiting pipeline that they have established, sooner or later somebody is going to have to let these guys in!
