With reports that head coach Luke Fickell has left for Wisconsin, Pete Thamel has reported that Kerry Coombs in the interim head coach for Cincinnati.

Coombs is the cornerback/special teams coach for the Bearcats, has experience at Ohio State and Tennessee (NFL).
