Week 3: NFL Games of the Week

The New York Football Giants and the Carolina Panthers kicked off our football week in great fashion last night. This week there are several games to keep your eye on. . We hope you enjoy our selections. Please feel free to express your opinion about our choices for games of the week.

Philadelphia Eagles @ Arizona Cardinals, 4:05 ET

Both teams are flying high after coming off of two clutch victories against AFC powerhouse teams. Kevin Kolb is looking to show Philadelphia that they made the wrong mistake by going with Vick over him. The Cards are tough to beat at home, but I have the Eagles winning in another close game.

New England Patriots @ Baltimore Ravens, 8:20pm ET (Sunday Night Football)

Both teams are coming off heartbreaking losses so that creates a desperation for both teams not wanting to fall 1-2. Tom Brady and Joe Flacco did not play like themselves last week so look for  better quarterback play during this matchup. The Patriots defense is very improved compared to last season, but will they be able to contain Ray Rice. Betting against Tom Brady is always hard to do, but in this case I am going with the team with the strongest defense and running game meaning that the Ravens will win in a bounce back game from last week

Green Bay Packers @ Seattle Seahawks 8:30PM, ET (Monday Night Football)

The Pack look to continue their winning ways against a tough team in the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks are one of the most physical teams in the NFL , while the Packers are one of the most finesse teams. Winning in Seattle is always hard due to the atmosphere, and with  the 12th man in full effect. Rookie Quarterback Russell Wilson has been steady, but he will have a tough task ahead of him going against Charles Woodson and Clay Matthews harrasing him all day. Though the Seahawks have the home field advantage I feel that there will be one too many discount double checks during this game giving the Packers the win.
