Teen Entrepreneur Business Launch

TEEN_NATION_FLYER_5PIQUA, OH – 17 year old honor student and 2014 Piqua Class Vise President, David Wysong, dreams of being a sports journalist and bringing sports fan the latest news.  At age 16, he decided to pursue his sports journalism dream by creating his blog, “Insane Sports Maniacs”, and his web show “Teen Nation Sports Talk”.   Now, he is hosting the Teen Nation Sports Talk – Teen Entrepreneur Business Launch and After Clash Bash Event on November 1, 2013.  Both events will take place at Z’s Level III Banquet Center in Piqua, Ohio.  Teen Nation Sports Talk – Teen Entrepreneur Business Launch will take place from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in cooperation with the Piqua Chamber of Commerce.    The After Clash Bash will take place at 10:30 p.m. after the oldest high school rivalry game in Ohio, Troy vs. Piqua.

While other teens spent the summer at the pool or playing video games, this driven young sports broadcaster spent his free time traveling to meet and interview athletes, hosting his web show, and blogging everything sports.  He wants to motivate and entertain by interviewing inspiring athletes and sharing their stories.  Sports bring people together and act as a unifying force within families, communities, cities, and even the nation itself.  We root with one voice!  We gasp with one breath!  As a sports broadcaster, David will bring the audience as close to the event as possible transforming them from mere spectators to devoted fans.

Troy and Piqua have been battling for game supremacy since 1899.  Wysong will interview fans and players after these young titans clash at the After Clash Bash at Z’s Bar and Grill in Piqua.  The evening will include games, raffles, and entertainment by Reflektion in the main bar.   Next Level Entertainment will be laying down the beats at Level III in the Z’s Banquet Center.

Wysong is looking forward to this important business milestone and hopes that the community will support him in making this a great community event as well.   Sponsorship dollars and money earned from the silent auction will allow David to get the right technical crew and equipment to help improve his talk show, and make a donation to the Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation Veteran’s Memorial Fund.
