Cliff or Chris?

Most would agree that Chris Paul is the best point guard in the NBA.  He’s had that title solely for about 4 years, ever since his classmate D Will started getting hurt and playing inconsistently.  D Rose held it for an MVP season then lost it along with his ACL.

chris-cliff-paulLeBron’s domination of the league the last couple years while Carmelo and Kevin Durant chased him, has shadowed the greatness of CP3.  Not getting past the 2nd round and having a few injuries of you own will also help in having the public forget.  It also can’t help that his position is the deepest in the NBA and all the younger point god’s are bigger, faster, stronger and have super hops.  Last, but not least the owner of his team earned himself a lifetime ban not too long ago.

At the end of game 7 last week against the Warriors, Chris said in a sarcastic worried voice “I have to go from guarding Steph to Westbrook pray for me.” Last night Russ shot 9 of 14 and had 29 pts.  Amazing numbers for anybody, but the Thunder weren’t even close.  CP3 had 32 pts hitting 8 three’s and 10 assist in 28 minutes sitting out the fourth quarter.  The game looked personal to me.  The way you dunk on your little brother in the backyard in front of your girlfriend.  You don’t want to kill the guy, just make sure he never thinks about asking you to play again.

LBJ has won two titles and now the pressure is on KD, Melo and CP3.  Two of those men are at war right now and Chris drew blood 1st. Chris Paul is putting out a PSA; while Westbrook may be the most athletic pg, he is the best pg period.
