After completing their third year in Division I, Northern Kentucky Norse have parted ways with Head Coach Dave Bezold. Bezold has been the Norse coach the last 11 seasons.

While in Division II Bezold posted a record of 161-79 in 8 seasons. During the 3 seasons in Division I he posted a record of 33-54. This year the Norse hosted their first Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament game.
This news shocked me personally, covering the team this season it seemed like the Norse were in prime position to make a run in Atlantic Sun in the 2015-16 season.
