From the past to the present, taking a look back at the Bearcats foundation

After the Cincinnati Bearcats took care of business against American Athletic Conference foe Temple Owls on October 8th at “Nipp At Night”, Iowa beat Penn State and the Bearcats moved up to a program high of No. 3 in the AP Top 25. After the big news hit Travis Kelce changed his Twitter profile picture to one of him in his Bearcats uniform and it started a trend amongst alumni no matter how big or small their role was it the program. After seeing this trend, I personally wondered how would I attack this story, it was something special happening, but how would I write something to tap into the organic greatest the current team is having with the former players?

I figured out how I could tap in by talking with former alumni to see their perspective of the current team, while seeing their thoughts of their time with the program. What I’ve learned is depending the particular time period of their tenure with the program they have different perspectives.

I’ve talked to six former Bearcats, check out their excitement for the current them and their perspective during their tenure.
