I personally love seeing the New England Patriots struggle

When you “hate” a team doesn’t it feel good to see them struggle? Can I get a HELL YEAH, channeling my inner Steve “Stond Cold” Austin. Well this brings me to the mighty New England Patriots and did you see the thrashing that Kansas City gave them on Monday Night Football? I know you did especially if you are a Patriots fan and man I loved every second of it.

It was only one game, but to see the Patriots get dominated on a prime time stage did wonders for my heard and probably helped me gain a few years back on my life. I know that sounds pretty serious, but my doctor called me himself and said my life expectancy increase after watching that ass whooping. The Chiefs won 41-14 and the Patriots couldn’t stop a cold, they got ran on, passed on, couldn’t stop the rush, you name it they couldn’t do it. Brady didn’t seem to be in sync with his receivers, making bad reads; yes the great Thomas Brady made some bad reads folks. I know it’s a long season and they may turn it around, but when a team gets physically dominated on both sides of the ball it’s hard to have a heart transfusion during the season. What can the Patriots hang their hat on this year? Thought it would at least be defense, but after seeing the Chiefs run for 207 yards and seeing the Dolphins gash them for 191, if you can’t stop the run it’s going to be hard for their secondary to make many plays.

Gronkowski doesn’t look as explosive and we don’t expect a man who blew his knee up last year to be the exact same the next year if ever. The receiving core doesn’t seem to have any explosive players, I know a few of the big play threats were hurt on Monday, but they will have to show and prove to get defensive coordinators respect. The running backs are pretty good actually, but they don’t settle on who is the workhorse back and that at the end of the day hurts the Pats.

The Patriots traded their best lineman before the season started and now Brady is running for his life, like an escaped prisoner. You can’t trade offensive lineman too early when you don’t have a mobile quarterback. I guess it makes sense in Patriot world, but nonetheless I’m enjoying the Patriots demise. They are 2-2 and have a very weak division so at the end of the year they probably will make the playoffs, I know that, but they are not a threat to make it out of the AFC unless they make some blockbuster trades.

I’m was feeling a bit long winded today, but I’m going to stop and just say I love all this struggle that is coming out of Foxboro right now. Thank you New England Patriots you are bringing me so much joy right now you can’t even imagine how happy I am. I don’t even thing another “spygate”could save you guys that makes me feel that much better.
