What does the Carlos Hyde trade mean for the Browns and Jaguars?

Friday the Cleveland Browns traded starting running back Carlos Hyde to the Jacksonville Jaguars for a 5th round pick (2019 NFL Draft I’m guessing). Hyde is in a first year deal of a year deal that is to guarantee him $8 million. He was the Browns leading rusher 382 yards on 114 carries and five touchdowns.

This was a shocking move, but what does this mean for the Browns and the Jaguars?
