2012 Week 10: NFL Games of the Week

The Indianapolis Colts and Jacksonville Jaguars start off a great week for NFL matchups. This week like the weeks before will feature many marquee match-ups. We hope you enjoy our selections. Please feel free to express your opinion about our choices for games of the week.

Atlanta Falcons @ New Orleans Saints, 1:00PM, ET

The Falcons are looking like a well-oiled machine, and the Saints are looking to continue to turn their season around. This will be a classic NFC South matchup that may go down to the wire. Roddy White recently stated that his team may be capable of going 16-0, but the timing could not have been worse. The Saints are hard to beat at home, and the puts all of the pressure on the undefeated Falcons. I think the Saints will pull this one out, sorry Roddy, but you jinxed your team.

Dallas Cowboys @ Philadelphia Eagles, 4:25PM, ET

The matchup between two desperate teams should be interesting to watch. Both teams are on the brink of missing the playoffs, but with a momentum shift things could look positive. I am expecting the Dallas Cowboys to implode since they have been dominating the headlines this week due to their owner Jerry Jones. I think this is the week where Michael Vick becomes video game Michael Vick and leads the Eagles to a much needed victory.

Houston Texans @ Chicago Bears, 8:20PM, ET (Sunday Night Football)

This could be a preview of the Super Bowl if both teams continue their excellent play. Both teams run the ball well with strong defenses to go along with having a good passing game with two elite receivers. Both teams are similar in many ways, but the Bears have the home field advantage which gives them a slight edge. We know that both receivers Andre Johnson and Brandon Marshall will be double teamed so it will be up to someone else in the passing game to make an impact. Arian Foster and Matt Forte will have touch matchups as well, so this game may come down to special teams. When you have No.23 for the Bears returning kicks and punts it can change the whole dynamic of the game. With that said I have the Bears winning in a close one.
