The Super Bowl that wasn’t, The Saints and Chiefs still have valid reasons to be pissed at the official

We know it is Pro Bowl weekend and honestly who really cares? Congrats to everybody getting an extra check and getting accolades for their great year, but with the Super Bowl next weekend everything is about those two participants. The New England Patriots and St. Louis Los Angeles Rams will be meeting for Super Bowl LIII Sunday, February 3rd in Atlanta, Georgia at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. At the end of the day both teams made it and it should be a great game, but both didn’t punch their ticket without some late game questionable calls to help aid their path.

The non-called pass interference call:

With the game tied at 20 late in the fourth quarter Drew Brees seemed as if he hit Tommylee Lewis for a game sealing first down, but the Rams Nickell Robey-Coleman murdered Lewis before the ball got there, but to no call. The Saints had to kick a field goal, made the field goal, but in turn the Rams tied it up forced overtime. In the overtime they forced a turnover and won on a 57 yard field goal. With this one you can say the Saints still had their chances, blah, blah, blah but if you just call the blatant pass interference or the helmet to helmet that Robey-Coleman was fined for by the NFL then the Saints win and they are facing the Patriots.
